Where is your venue located?
Cape Fear Vineyard and Winery is located at 195 Vineyard Drive, Elizabethtown, NC, 28337.
Can I make reservations in Cork Room Restaurant to eat prior to the concert?
You will be able join us for dining from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday, July 25 before we shift gears to get everything ready for an incredible evening ahead. To make sure the concert experience is seamless for everyone, our restaurant will close after 2:00 PM and will not be taking reservations later in the day. But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Once the gates open at 6:00 PM, you’ll find a great lineup of food trucks inside the concert area, along with multiple bars ready to keep the good times flowing.

How do we buy tickets for the concerts?
All ticket purchases should be done though Hometown Ticketing, as they are the only authorized vendor. You can find them here. Ticket sales online will close at 6:00 pm EST on July 25, 2026. Any remaining ticket will then be available at the gate for purchase for $59 for Vineyard Seating and $85 for Stage Side Seating. CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS
What time does the concert start?
The gates will open at 6:00 pm. Live music will kick off with Jordan Oaks and will be followed by Tracy Byrd who will close the show.
Are the concerts inside or outside?
This concert is OUTSIDE.
Most of our concerts are outside. If the concert is hosted in the Ballroom, it will be noted on the ticket listing.
What happens if it rains?
Our concerts are rain or shine, we encourage rain jackets and ponchos. In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified of instructions via the email you purchased the tickets with and/or SMS. Umbrellas are not permitted in the seating areas per White Dog Entertainment.
Can we bring coolers?
Coolers and oversized bags are prohibited in our venue. Any bag that is brought in must be clear/transparent and may be subject to inspection upon arrival.
Can we bring children?
All concert attendees must have a ticket, regardless of their age.
Can we bring animals?
Registered service dogs are welcome. All other pets are not permitted inside of the concert gates.
Are there restrictions on the chairs we bring?
No there are no specific restrictions on the type of chair you bring, we only ask that you be respectful of other patron's views of the concert. Reminder that Stage Side Ticket holders will have a chair provided for them in front of the stage and will be available for those to choose any seat that is available. Vineyard Side ticket holders will not have chairs provided for them and are welcome to bring their own.
Will food and drink be available for purchase?
We have food and drink available inside the gates for purchase. Outside food and drink are prohibited, including water bottles.
Do you have an ATM?
No. There is not an ATM on property, but all bars will accept cash and card.
Members of our party are disabled. Is there designated parking?
Due to the nature of our venue, there is not designated handicapped parking. However, you may drop off party members at the front gate. Additionally, golf cart taxis are available to shuttle your party between your cars and the venue.
* Friendly reminder to drink responsibly and remember that it is illegal for our staff to serve anyone under the age of 21. We require a valid ID proving your age and we will not serve you if you do not meet the requirements, and paper ID's will not be accepted. Our staff reserves the right to check your ID for every purchase, so please have your ID ready when you approach the bar to help speed up the transaction. *
