​Where is your venue located?

 

Cape Fear Vineyard and Winery is located at 195 Vineyard Drive, Elizabethtown, NC, 28337.

This concert will be down at the Zoological Garden Pavilion between the animals and the Tipsy Toad .​

Can I make reservations in Cork Room Restaurant to eat prior to or during the concert?

​

Yes. You will be able join us for dining from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Friday, July 3rd. 
We will also have the option of placing To-Go food order from The Cape Fear Distillery Trailer Bar which will be set up down near the concert area.

How do we buy tickets for the concerts?

 

While tickets are NOT required for admission to this concert, we have sent out a ticket link for Free Tickets so we are able to adequately staff the event and can prepare for how many guests to expect. Guests are also able to make a donation through the ticket link.

What time does the concert start?

The concert will begin at 5:30 pm and end at 8:30 pm.

Are the concerts inside or outside?

The concert will be outside.

What happens if it rains? 

 

Our concerts are rain or shine, we encourage rain jackets and ponchos. In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified of instructions via the email you registered the tickets with and an announcement on our Facebook page. Umbrellas are not allowed during our concerts so that they do not obstruct the view of other guests. 

 

Can we bring coolers? 

 

Coolers are PROHIBITED at our venue. Outside food & beverage is not allowed in the concert area. There are food and beverage options available on property.

Can we bring children? 
 

Yes, this is a family friendly event.

Can we bring animals? 
 

Registered service dogs are welcome. All other pets are not permitted inside of the concert area.

Are there restrictions on the chairs we bring?
 

No there are no specific restrictions on the type of chair you bring, we only ask that you be respectful of other patron's views of the concert.

Will food and drink be available for purchase?
 

We will have food and drink available for purchase. Outside food and drink are prohibited.

Do you have an ATM?
 

No. There is not an ATM on property, but we do accept cash and card.
